The Delivery Process

Delivery is either by Royal Mail first-class post, or by courier, depending on the size and weight of your order. Carriage is charged at £10, and is free on orders over £400 (nett).


Packages dispatched by courier are handled by Initial CityLink, and are sent on a trackable next-day service. Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for your delivery. If this is a problem, please call us on 01573 440761 to schedule delivery for a convenient time.


International dispatch will be arranged using the most economical carrier available. You will be charged cost-price for this, and you will be notified in advance of both the cost and the anticipated delivery date.
